Thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s LESBA meeting!

​It was wonderful to catch up with familiar faces and welcome a few new members to the club!

​We were treated to an incredibly in-depth presentation on honey bee biology, specifically focusing on the function of "fat bodies" and Vitellogenin. We then rounded out the evening with a great group discussion on swarm control and utilizing brood breaks right before the main nectar flow.
